    The CDT is designed for internal Talent, HR, or L&D professionals who are responsible for supporting people managers, high-potential talent, or leadership teams. It’s especially useful when you need to prioritize or justify development investment across a larger pool of leaders.

    Most leaders can be assessed in under 10 minutes. The CDT was intentionally designed for speed and clarity, with 5 simple scoring factors across 5 categories.

    Yes. While the CDT is designed for confidential use, it’s formatted so you can easily share outputs with leadership teams, business partners, or decision-makers to support succession planning, performance discussions, or budget allocations.

    No training is required. The CDT comes with a built-in scoring guide, and you will have access to a short video that provides everything you need to get started immediately. 

    The CDT is 100% free to use with no obligation. If you ever decide you’d like support interpreting results and/or designing targeted development strategy for your leaders, you can schedule an optional Debrief Meeting with Mark (creator of the CDT) — but there’s no requirement to do so.
