All coaching sessions are live and personalized. You’ll work directly with me in private 1:1 sessions. In addition, you’ll receive curated tools, resources, and support through action times, INDY Coachbot and the Executive Briefs Library. Note: you will have the option to have sessions recorded and/or synthesized using your preferred AI notetaking platform.

Yes — upon completion of the 3- or 6-month engagement, you’ll receive a Certificate of Executive Development, which can be used to satisfy annual leadership development or continuing education requirements for most organizations (to be confirmed by your HR department).
